Excellent quality with high percentage of supercoiled plasmid DNA and low endotoxin level meets stringent human injectable standards. In our protein purification platform, excretory recombinant protein expression system in E.coli can produce up to 1g/L of protein. This technique utilizing signal peptide simplifies the purification procedure since the proteins can be secreted into the fermentation broth.
