The core of the platform is a conversational agent built upon a proprietary, patent-pending ACT-LLM. This specialized model was trained on a corpus of over 19,000 anonymized, real-world therapeutic dialogues with parents, enabling it to identify and classify textual indicators of psychological inflexibility—the primary target of ACT interventions. For conversational interaction, this is integrated with the OpenAI engine to produce empathetic responses. The system uses deep learning to triage users to suitable services and provides personalized ACT content to improve psychological resilience.
